Estyn ac Esgyn (meaning Reach Out and Soar in Welsh) is a vibrant and uplifting class where you can move, groove, and connect with yourself and others in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have two left feet, this is all about having fun and feeling fabulous!

Each week, the group will dance to a number of fun and easy routines, before being given the chance to learn more complicated dance routines.

Fridays at 10:30am to 11:30am
£4 per session (first session free)
Cilgerran Village Hall
Ages 16+
Fridays at 7pm to 8:30pm
£5 per session (first session free)
This is a do-what-you-can group, where you can go at your own pace. There is no pressure to do what makes you feel uncomfortable.
