don’t be afraid to play

when did we stop playing?

As kids, we are told to play, play, and play some more because it's a crucial part of growing up. But as we become adults, we're expected to put playtime behind us and get serious. However, when I started my journey as a drama facilitator, I had to rediscover the joy of play without feeling silly. I had to embrace the idea that play isn't just for kids, and it's okay to let loose and have fun.

In my work, I encourage participants to unleash their inner child and play without fear of judgment. I truly believe that play is essential at every stage of life. It's not just about building social skills, but it also does wonders for boosting confidence and overall well-being. Embracing the unexpected is the key to learning that anything can happen!
